Our Sunday School

The Sunday School program at the Massapequa Reformed Church meets each Sunday from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. Sunday School will resume on September 10.

Our Sunday School teachers are a dedicated group of people with a spiritual calling to guide our children in the Bible and its teachings. Classes are broken up into Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd, 3rd and 4th, 5th and 6th, 7th and 8th, and High School. There are usually 10-20 students per class.

The curriculum is accredited by the Reformed Church in America and the teachers are encouraged to add their own creativity in the form of arts and crafts, music and stories.

The Sunday School has a very active Mission calling. All of the money from the children's collections each Sunday is dedicated to missions. We have been involved in the "Heifer Project," World Church Services, Christmas and Thanksgiving Outreach, and many more.

We also have lots of fun outside the classroom. We have an annual bowling party, an Easter Egg hunt, Picnic and a wonderful Christmas Pageant.

All children in our community are welcome to join us!
